Return Policy
1. Product Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in new, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
Sale items and custom products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be issued within 10 to 14 business days after the return is received.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will be issued only for the amount paid for the returned items, excluding shipping fees.
If an item is returned damaged or in unacceptable condition, the refund may be partially or fully denied.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Send the returned item to the address provided in the return authorization.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
